Regulation Classes by Appointment

  1. The 4-class plans have a validity of 90 days for their enjoyment and are scheduled according to the availability of the teacher and the student.
  2. The student can schedule lesson by lesson or book the entire plan at once.
  3. The 90-day deadline is only extendable for a longer period in case of the teacher's unavailability for scheduling the classes.
  4. The student forfeits the right to the classes if they do not schedule all 4 classes within the 90-day period.
  5. The classes are individual, and each lesson has a duration of 60 minutes.
  6. It is not necessary to bring an instrument to the lessons.
  7. Students should always attend classes with their study materials, including sheet music, a notepad, a pencil, and an eraser.
  8. The student must be regular and punctual, avoiding both delays and arriving for the lesson 15 minutes before the agreed-upon time, respecting the previous student's lesson schedule.
  9. The student is not allowed to bring friends or family members to attend the lessons without prior approval from the teacher.
  10. The student should always have the nails of the left hand well-trimmed and short to facilitate fingerpicking. The use of gel nails on the left hand is not allowed.
  11. In the case of the Portuguese Guitar, it is advisable to let the nails of the right hand grow a bit to use artificial nails.

Attendance Policy

  1. If students cannot attend a lesson, they must notify the teacher with a minimum of 2 days' notice. Failure to do so will result in the student forfeiting the right to the lesson.
  2. The student is not allowed frequent rescheduling of previously scheduled lessons.

Payment Policy

  1. The fee for the 4-lesson plan is to be paid in full during the first lesson.
  2. No refunds are allowed if the student decides to discontinue the lessons.
